If you are a HR/People Manager, Health & Safety Coordinator, Supervisor, business owner/CEO, or simply have an interest in the importance of health and safety, then this unique event is designed for you. Together mlcoa and ipar, will discuss how employers can best manage the impact of non-work related medical conditions in their workplace.

• Do you have an employee that is having treatment for an illness or injury that is non-work related (e.g. Cancer, depression or an old football injury)?

• Do you have an employee who has taken an extended period of sick leave and you don’t know what to do or how to ensure they are ready to come back to work?

• Do you need to assess whether an employee is medically fit to engage in a performance management process, or has a current performance management stalled due to unexplained absence?

• Do you have productivity concerns that may be impacted by a medical condition?

Join mlcoa and ipar as we tackle these issues, discuss real life examples from small business, and explore evidence-based solutions that will help you better support your employees who are experiencing non-work related illness and injury, positively impacting productivity and reducing the cost to your business.

This event brings together over 30 years combined experience from 2 national organisations experienced in workplace health and return to work matters. mlcoa and ipar come together in to share our medical and return to work expertise to support local business managers and positively impact the health and safety of your people, your workplace culture and HR framework.
