This workshop will draw on Harvest’s extensive experience in the global recruitment market.
Over the past decade there has been a significant pivot in how companies of all shapes and sizes attract the highest calibre talent. No longer is posting a basic job advertisement going to find you the best in the business.
- What is a candidate’s market and where the heck did it come from?
- Employer branding: the contouring of the talent world
- Why a job advertisement isn’t the only way to get candidates
- What Corporate Social Responsibility is and why you need to get on it
- How not to lose candidates along the way.
All participants will walk away with a free Harvest employer branding “check-up”.
